When is the Newburyport Brewfest?

Newburyport Brewfest will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Gates open at 6:00pm

Where is the Newburyport Brewfest?

Brewfest will held in downtown Newburyport adjacent to the boardwalk along the Merrimac River. Gates will be located at the end of the auto entrance to the east parking lot off Water Street. Look for the big white tent, you can’t miss it!

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

What does the ticket price include?

1 Souvenir glass, 10 (4 oz) beer samples, and great live entertainment.

Is there any food?

Yes! Two legendary Newburyport restaurants, The Grog & David's Tavern will be selling a variety of great food and nonalcoholic beverages.

Can I bring my own food or beverages into the festival?

No. You will need to dispose of all food or beverages prior to entering the event.

What kind of ID do I need to bring?

No matter what your age, please be prepared to show proper identification. Valid forms of acceptable ID include a driver's license or state issued ID card with photo, a passport, or a United States military identification card with photo. Note that all forms of identification must be current at the time of the festival.

Can I bring my child?

No one under the age of 21 will be admitted - this includes infants and children in strollers. There will be no exceptions.

Can I bring my pet?

No pets of any type are allowed on the festival site with the exception of ADA animals.

If I leave, can I come back?

No, once you have left the grounds you may not re-enter.

If I like a beer, can I buy some to take home?

Beer will not be available for purchase on the grounds. However, there are stores in town that sell the beers featured at the Brewfest.

When do the taps shut down?

Our license requires that the general public leave the grounds at 9pm.
Last call will be announced at 8:45p.
No beer will be served after 9:00p.

Who does Newburyport Brewfest benefit?

All proceeds to benefit the C-10 Research & Education Foundation – a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting clean, safe, sustainable energy alternatives
